Ahem * could you show Texas please? I swear if there is anything less than a cowboy hat, head of cattle, cowboy boot or star the size of my left thigh I’ll be sorely disappointed.

Y’know, b/c all of us here in the Lone Star State are roping cattle between blogging and designing sites for our online posse.

Hey Chris, I receive email at this address all the time, but for some reason I can’t seem to receive email from your blog. I’ve subscribed to specific threads, but never receive the notifications.

I went into my subscriptions and changed my email to test that, but first it has to email my original email to approve – and well, I’m not getting those from you.

Any idea why?

Organizeher — No clue what’s going on there. Based on the action in other comment threads, I have to assume that others are receiving email notifications. Because of that, this appears to be an isolated case; perhaps the notifications are arriving in a junk mail folder.

However, this may not be the case, and I may be totally wrong.

Can anyone verify whether or not they are receiving email notifications after subscribing to a particular comment thread?

Oh, and the picture gets a little blurry around Texas. Buuut, if you really want to see the Lone Star state, I’ve uploaded another version of this picture as one of my rotating headers.

Mike — Greensboro is a pretty sweet place. I think that red couch is about an hour or so south of there. Give it a look, and if it’s free of pet hair, I’ll take it.

My dogs like to be the first to ruin furniture, know what I mean?

Will do, Chief.

No couches in NC any more. :( With all the furniture jobs going overseas all the furniture factories are laying off their employees. I used to live not far from the red armchair and had to move to find a job.

I’m receiving notifications. In fact, I receive the entire comment in the e-mail. Even if you decide to delete the comment, I still have it in my e-mail notification. (you might want to look into changing that)

Better watch out, those big red couches look pretty wild and untamed to me.
