Hey Chris,
Can you share the list of plugins you use when you set up a new blog? I’d love to know the ones you find most helpful. I have collected “plugin lists” from other sources and I’m curious to see which ones you would use. Awesome copyblogger theme, by the way!

Yes, a list of plugins would be cool. Also, the ad boxes at the right of Copyblogger, is that a plugin? I see it, or its format all over the place, including Danny Sullivan’s Search Engine Land blog.

Cheers

Hey Chris, nice ta meet. I just activated copyblogger 1.0 on WP 2.5 on the local LAMP and it all looks good except for one W3C breaker. I was friggin with Mark’s plugin when I tripped over a a bug/typo in your CB’s comments.php on line 104 - the textarea element is missing its ‘cols=’ attribute, what a biatch. I set it to cols=”60″ and it’s cool.

I googled for this before I posted, and I found one sarcastic mention on a site called 17wings.net, where they review another blog called ‘calm banana’. hey no, I ain’t still tripping, it’s for real, check it out. Validate that page. They use XHTML 1.0 Strict (ooh-er missus!), and guess what? This particular sarcy reviewer has used a blockquote with just plain text inside. Har Har! Down the pan it goes.

Oh the irony.

You rock man!
